J. Margulis



J. Margulis, born in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1970, is a contemporary artist renowned for his geometric 3D sculptures, mixed media works, and photography. Initially delving into photography during his management studies in Venezuela, he later transitioned into sculpture, merging two- and three-dimensional art forms.
His vibrant acrylic compositions often serve as subjects for his photographic explorations, creating a dynamic interplay between mediums. Margulis draws inspiration from Venezuelan geometric abstractionism and kinetic art, notably influenced by artists Jesús Soto and Naum Gabo. He currently resides and works in Miami, Florida.
